With close to 20 years of experience, including over a decade with Korn/Ferry International where he became one of the firm’s youngest partners globally, Mandeep has developed strong relationships in business.

Jacquie Varkony, is an HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in Executive Search and Human Resources.
After an initial career in property management, Jacquie launched her own business specializing in Executive Search, Human Resources & Marketing Consulting for leading Commercial Real Estate businesses in Toronto and Vancouver. After 5 years of significant growth and success, Jacquie sold the business.
Serving as a board and CEO advisor, Craig helps clients identify and recruit the proper mix of talent required to grow exceptional businesses. His consultative methodology centers on working with senior executives to analyze all aspects of human capital management.
As an Associate with Lakeshore Human Capital Inc, Danie supports the team in conducting a variety of searches for its clients.
Danie started her career in traditional human resources prior to joining Lakeshore Human Capital. Most recently as an HR Generalist, Danie has experience in all aspects of the HR umbrella including recruitment, payroll and benefits and Employee Engagement.
As the newest addition to the team, Kim is the Administrative Assistant for Lakeshore Human Capital Inc. Kim is responsible for office administration, superior client and candidate service, and for assisting the Partners with business development.
